Terms and Conditions - Dispatch and Delivery
We will endeavour to dispatch completed orders the following day for delivery between 0900hrs and 1800hrs. We cannot accept any responsibility where a situation out of our control has affected the delivery time on your order.
Surfboards and large items are sent on next day delivery and it is important that we are provided with an address where the product can be signed for on arrival and safely dealt with by the recipient.
We use Royal Mail to deliver our small product and Tuffnells as our large items courier. For European and Rep of Ireland deliveries, we can send via Royal Mail, on a 7 working day delivery service on items under 2KG for £9.99. For deliveries to the rest of the World, we can send via Royal Mail, on a 7 working day delivery service on items under 2KG for £19.99
If an order contains a product, or a number of products, that are sold out you will be contacted with regards to when the product will be available or the given the option of another product.
Deliveries will not be carried out over Bank Holidays. Orders taken over Bank Holidays will not be dispatched until the following working day.
Returns and Replacements
If you have a fault or are not satisfied with a product that you receive, then we will accept returns within 14 days of the date when the product was dispatched. We cannot accept any returns without an authorised returns number. A returns number is acquired by either emailing woody@aquasportinternational.com or by phoning 07889032939.
When the product is sent back the returns number should be clearly printed on the outside of the parcel. The product must be sent back in exactly the same condition as it was received. With all the packaging and tags/labels in their original state.
The product to be returned should be sent back as soon as possible after a returns number has been authorised. If you are returning a faulty product we will refund the cost of return postage.
If you are exchanging a product you will have to pay the postage for both the return and the new product. If you are returning a product for a refund you will have to pay for posting it back to us.
Returned products are your responsibility until we receive them. For your security we suggest that returns are sent via a recorded delivery.
