Is It a Softboard or a Surfboard?
We think oZoboards are surfboards, as they’re designed to perform like conventional boards but have soft outer skins; soothing, like Aloe on a hot summer sunburn. oZoboards are all about having fun at the beach. We don’t care if you rip, or you’re just learning, enjoy the ocean and ride some waves….they’re for all of us! oZoboard, is a high-end fun machine with a unique design that performs exceptionally well for all sorts of fun in the water. oZoboards come as two SUP boards for the best SUP learning experience in the market or as four Crossover boards that can double as learn to surf or learn to SUP boards for women and grommets.
We want to make the stories about the oZoboard brand fun and reflecting it’s Aussie heritage;

oZo
pronunciation: (ōz-oh)
an immigrant to Australia that has become one
with the surrounding environment or immediate social group.
colloquial term for immigrant Australians, not of indigenous heritage.description
slang term that came into being from the overuse of the letter ‘O’
generally placed at the end of ones name by associates. the addition
of the ‘O’ can only be applied to ones given or surname name once the
social ritual of ‘pub crawling’ has been inflicted on any new member
of a social group.
e.g. Robert Green becomes RobO, Steven Wallace becomes SteveO
Brian Dickson becomes DickO
In the past decade there has been a quantum shift in surfboards, with mass produced boards now taking a large share of the market, with companies producing boards in large Asian factories, selling them worldwide and convincing the larger part of the surfboard market that quality molded boards work in the surf. oZoboard has taken this idea one step forward and has found a technology partner in Agit-Global who can deliver quality and fun surfboards today, but has the technological, manufacturing and materials expertise to allow us to expand the paradigm a little further. Stay tuned here for some extraordinarily fun water sports products from this melding of forces.
Yes, despite being surfers ourselves, we worry about things like that, but in the end it will all come down to one thing. Is an oZoboard by oZoboard fun to ride? We’re pretty confident you’ll agree with us. They’re a blast!
